    What is your mission?
    As a Agency Training Program Expert, you will be working with our Global Internet Leader Account to deliver #happier customer experience. The LCS Agency team at Digital Marketing Indonesia focuses on building and managing long-term business relationships with our strategic media and creative agency partners. We are focused on empowering hundreds of media planners and business managers with Digital Marketing’s advertising solutions. A strong background in digital media with strong presentation and oral communication skills. Ability to multitask, strong organizational skills and work efficiently in a high-paced environment. Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to develop strong working relationships with various stakeholders across different teams.

    You are also required to perform these job functions:
    ? Orchestrate, coordinate and conduct Agency Training Programs with a weekly input of classroom sessions along with various marketing programs and events to support the enablement of agency partners.
    ? Orchestrating regular sessions and developing detailed tracking of programs including ROI and results.
    ? Conducting training programs for digital and traditional media agencies.
    ? Reporting training session metrics internally, analyzing feedback and translating this into creative and effective training sessions. 
    ? Develop a strategy to educate and empower different types of agency personnel -business managers, media planners, creative planners, ad operation managers to effectively develop and sell Digital Marketing advertising solutions
    ? Own the execution and rollout of enablement programs, including communications and customizing training curriculum development from existing sources
    ? Author content and presentations, exam content and marketing collateral
    ? Track and report on participant performance and ROI of enablement programs in terms of product adoption and revenue growth
    ? Develop our Digital Marketing Sites portal or other scalable engagement tools to provide participants with library of ongoing education and tools
    ? Partner closely with product and industry specialist teams to attend, present and rollout education to agency participants.
    ? Reporting training session metrics internally, analyzing feedback and progress
    ? Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the ISO9001 and ISO18295-1 Quality Management System of TDCX.
     
    Who are we looking for?
    • BSc / BA degree preferred with a strong academic record; MBA a plus
    • Strong communications acumen with a deep understanding of Digital Marketing 's products and local pedagogy nuances.
    • Understanding of Search Engine Marketing, AdWords, and the Indonesia advertising and media market.
    • Excellent presentation and oral communications essential
    • Project management skills
    • Execution focused with a strong attention to detail
    • Proven ability and comfort level to quickly ramp up without daily hands-on management
    • 4-5 years of Digital media experience, preferably in business marketing at a technology or media company.
    • A background experience in product training / sales enablement programs is a must.
