    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
    • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Required Skill(s):
    1. 2 years’ experience recruiting in a Start-Up Company.
    2. Have enthusiasm for recruiting.
    3. Multitasking, quick learner, strong motivation and commitment.
    4. Recruiting and interviewing skills.
    5. Phone, Skype, and online meeting platform skills.
    6. Professionalism, organization, and project management skills.
    7. Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
    •  Job Description :
    1. Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates.
    2. Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives.
    3. Regularly update recruitment reports.
    4. Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits.
    5. Determines applicant requirements by studying the job description and job qualifications.
    6. Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, and using job sites.
    7. Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
    8. Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules with a user.
    9. Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
    10. Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

    Kopi Kenangan is the new and upcoming F&B in Indonesia. We envision to become the biggest luxurious Coffee brand in Indonesia. We are also a part of a big holding, therefore we offer a chance for candidates to climb the ladder and become better.
